Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene Copolymer (ETFE)

Product Description:

ETFE is a copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene (C2F4) and ethylene (C2H4). It has excellent mechanical properties and good processability. It is a relatively balanced material with heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and electrical properties. It is widely used in the fields of electronics, chemistry, semiconductor, and architecture.

Application:

  • JH-WH101: It has excellent fluidity, suitable for extrusion and injection process. It can be used to produce wires, cables, pipes, and various electronic components.
  • JH-WH102: The melt has excellent fluidity and can be used to produce thin-walled wires and injection1 molded products with complex structures.
  • JH-WH103: The melt has excellent fluidity and can be used to produce thin-walled wires and injection molding products with complex structures.
  • JH-WH104: The material has excellent stress cracking resistance. It is suitable for producing thick-walled covered wires, pipes, and sheets. It can also be used for lining materials of valves, pumps, and containers.

Cautions:

  • When ETFE is subjected to high temperature during processing, certain gases will be released. Therefore, in the process of molding, extrusion, and injection, it is necessary to ensure good ventilation facilities.
  • During processing, ETFE may degrade and discolor at high temperature for a long time. Therefore, it should be avoided that ETFE stays in equipment and mold for too long at high temperature.

Packaging, Storage & Transportation:

  • The product is packaged in polyethylene plastic bags and then packaged in cardboard boxes with a net weight of 25 kg per box.2 The product certificate is attached to the outer packing.
  • It should stock in clean, cool, and dry warehouse, prevent from agglomeration and contamination.
  • This product is non-toxic, non-explosive, non-corrosive,3 transported as non-dangerous goods.
