What Are IBond Grafted Compatibilizers?
The IBond Series represents an advanced class of anhydride-grafted polymer compatibilizers designed to replace standard maleic anhydride-grafted (g-MAH) additives. By employing a proprietary grafting technology, these functionalized polymers bridge the thermodynamic incompatibility between polar fillers (such as glass fibers, talc, mica, or wood flour) and nonpolar polymer matrices (such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and polyolefins).
These reactive compatibilizers are widely utilized in plastics alloys, composite filler coupling, metal-bonding structural materials, high-performance wire and cables, and tough, impact-modified applications.
Product Grades & Specification Data
Explore our targeted product range of PP, PE, and POE-based anhydride-grafted copolymers. Melt Index evaluations are tested at $190^{\circ}\text{C} / 2.16\text{ kg}$. Grafting rate performance is meticulously measured via acid-base titration.
